What's New At JSR Services
In addition to infrared roof analysis, we're now providing digital multi-vector mapping, as well as electronic conductance leak detection testing to confirm the integrity of the waterproof membrane installations. These quality control methods are ideal for green roof waterproofing and fully adhered membranes on concrete roofs or plaza decks. These scans can replace the exhaustive efforts and uncertainty of the flood test QC method with a minimal use of water, time efficiency and absolute confirmation of a water tight membrane. These are "point in time" methods and offer a "snap shot" of what's going on.
These are also used to locate hard-to-find leaks in older membranes.
These technologies can be utilized in wet and dry conditions as well as horizontal and vertical surfaces.
